Of Counsel with the firm, Ms. Roberts focuses her practice in the areas of insolvency and commercial bankruptcy law. She has extensive experience in commercial litigation and collection cases, as well as representing bankruptcy trustees, creditors and select debtors in commercial and business bankruptcy cases. Ms. Roberts practices in the firm’s Las Vegas office.

While attending law school, Ms. Roberts served as a student attorney for the Attorney General’s Office in Boston. She was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1997 and the United States District Court, District of Nevada in 1998. She is also a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys.
