Malcolm Roberts is a member of Sullivan Hill’s construction, insurance, real estate and commercial business litigation practice groups.

Prior to joining Sullivan Hill, Mr. Roberts litigated a variety of commercial litigation matters, including product liability, insurance coverage and real estate related disputes. Mr. Roberts recently assisted in the representation of several plaintiffs in a four-month jury trial which resulted in a fraud verdict against a national title insurance company related to a massive mortgage fraud scheme.

Mr. Roberts is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, the VIP Mentors Program and the Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association.
